OLLU Dance Featured in 'Say a Little Prayer' Film

SAN ANTONIO (June 20, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) dance team was featured in an upcoming movie, "Say a Little Prayer", that finished filming in 2022 and is premiering soon. Head Coach Crystal Brock was the lead choreographer and Madison Smith was her assistant. Yasmine Escobar, Maya Jay and Madicela Perez were featured in multiple scenes.

The spirit programs reached new heights and marked first-time appearances in OLLU's history. The drumline team competed for the first time in program history.

Saints Dance Competed at American Dance and Drill Team Collegiate Championship

Madicela Perez, Darian Saldana, Juliana Engel, Madison Smith, Iyana Robinson, Bianca Rodriguez, Yasmine Escobar, Isabella Arroyo, Isis Almanza, Maya Jay and Jo Ann Mynar-Melendez performed at the event.
