WACO, TEXAS (Feb. 24, 2023) – The Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) announced the 2023 All-Conference Men's Basketball Team this afternoon. Our Lady of the Lake University's (OLLU) Ruben Monzon has been selected to the All-Conference First Team. Tommie Law earned Second-Team honors, while Ellis Jones was selected to the Honorable Mention Team. 

Monzon led the team in scoring with 15. 4 ppg. for a total of 447 points. He ends his career with 1,376 points. He shot 51.4 percent from the field, 42.9 from three-point range and 95 percent from the charity stripe. He also led the team in rebounds with 207, 175 from defense, for an average of 7.1 rpg., and in steals with 52 for 1.8 spg. Monzon was also his team's Champions of Character winner.

Law averaged 13.5 ppg., and scored 391 points this year. He was second in rebounds with 134 for 4.6 rpg. Jones scored 313 points for an average of 10.8 ppg. He was second in steals with 43 for 1.5 spg.

The Saints ended their season in the conference quarterfinals to Texas A&M University – Texarkana 68-77.
