WACO, TEXAS (April 4, 2023) - Victor Peña Cortés of Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) was recognized as the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Men's Golfer of the Week for March 27-April 2. This is the fifth golf award of the 2023 spring season. 

Cortes was the runner-up at The Master's University Spring Invitational in Llano, Calif. The freshman from Malaga, Spain, shot rounds of 75 and 72 (147 total) against a field of 59 golfers. Cortes lifted the Saints to second place in the nine-team event.
