WACO, TEXAS (March 19, 2024) – Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Track and Field Athletes of the Week have been announced for March 1-17. This week's honoree from Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) is Jalen Bell. This is the second set of track & field weekly awards for the 2024 RRAC outdoor season. 

Bell finished in the top three in three events at the University of Texas at San Antonio Invitational and qualified for the NAIA nationals in each. The junior from Killeen, Texas, was the runner-up in the 100-meter dash at 10.55. Bell also finished third in the 200 meters and was second as part of the Saints' 4x100-meter relay team.
