SAN ANTONIO (Jan. 10, 2025) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's basketball team suffered a 75-69 setback on Thursday night against Louisiana Christian University (LCU). The loss drops the Saints to 13-4 overall and 9-4 in Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) play.

By the Numbers

• Four Saints scored in double figures, led by Breion Powell who finished with 17 points. Lonzo Rand added 15 points including a 7-of-10 clip from the free throw line. Rob Gil finished with 12 while Kenyon Elliot chipped in with 11.
• Wahkil Lopez pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds while scoring six points.
• OLLU won the rebounding battle, outrebounding the Wildcats 37-30.
• The Saints scored 36 of their 69 points in the paint, shooting 40% from the floor.
• The game features four ties and four lead changes.
